Just interested to hear some of your war stories, which group you're with, and which bases you have overtook with your squads. :)

Here's one:

My first time out in battle, I just barely knew the controls. I went to Cyssor and to the nearest base. No body was there so I explored the bio lab and went to go hack. I met a group of TR down there and started hacking. NC started pooring into the base. One of the other terran dudes brought a Maurader. I got in the side gunner seat. I killed 3 straight NC. I got out and used my cycler. I killed another 3 straight without dying. Then the cap was done and I was BR 3. I died for the first time right before I got to BR 4.

i'll tell ya a story that was passed down by a friend (it may get alittle cheezy.....but thats cause I'm doin this off what he said).

K. A squad of TR were goin to take over Mukuru over on Cyssor becuase it was less active for the past hour They encountered some to little defencive force from the Vanu and some force from NC also trying to take the base, but he prevailed and his squad kept goin till they reached the bio lab. It was an easy hack, as I said no defence but that was just half the story. Immediatly after 5 vanu MAXs over there were killed, about 100 came through the warpgate few meters south of the lab, all vanu(yea he said 100...). Like 3-5 galaxys, few reavers and mosquitos, and one hell of a ground force. After 15 minutes, the bridge south of the lab was barracaded with blown hulls of vehilces, leaving it impossible to cross in a vehicle. Still Vanu where pouring out of the gate and attempted crossing the bridge north of the lab. The base was then nearly defenceless till some lucky NCs came around too (luckly at the very same time) Then again, another bridge barracaded. Now heres the worst part of this seige, the energy tanks went, their silo was empty, now the base went nutral. The bridges where blocked and there wasn't a galaxy in sight to take the ANT to the warpgate. the assult became worse, the NC and vanu knew we where out of fuel. They finally pressed passed the bridges and to the walls of the Mukuru. Hope was lost, but only for a few seconds. He said he saw 3 or 4 TR galaxys coming throug the skys, along with some heavy tanks coming over the horizon. One word came to his mind....well, a few. ANTs, help, shit. The base's command center was being attacked right when the galaxys droped the ANTs over the base. The only choice was to leave the friendly MAXs do their work and have the rest of the squad push out the vanu and NC with the tanks that just came. Soon the warpgate was being wached by few reavers and tanks till the vanu desided to retreat....and the NC just stoped (....). The base was back in buisness.....with truck loads of coffins everywhere. He said that was the most succesful assult he and his squad ever pulled off.....which lasted nearly 45 minutes.

hehheh, then he said it was hacked bout 10 minutes later.....:rolleyes:



I dunno if he was tellin the truh or not........if anybody in TR experienced the battle, raise your hand.

ok so i got into a random squad we went in a galaxy to a continent 2 warps away from NC sanc. the galaxy was full and we had to reavers guarding us. OK we went to a Vanu held base hacked the room and i waited for 15 mins without seeing a single guy. Got to Br 3.

PLEASE give insentives to defend bases PLEASE!!!!

it was so boring.

yes i do have better ones but guess where they are. THey are all on cyssor like all the main battles.

Here's mine:

I worked for a bit and BR 4 which allowed me to get Combat engineer and infiltration suit. I was inspired by Miir's 'Sabotage' video and something Baphomet posted a bit ago to try and be a stealth bomber.

Well, I logged on last night and since I only had a small amount of time, I did the instant action thing and ended up in a tower that was near a base that was under attack by the Terran's. After stealthing, I snuck in to try and cause some havoc with thier implanted MAX units. Pretty soon though, they took over the base and removed all the opposition my empire mates were giving them. I was all along in a completely occupied base with nothing but some bombs :).

My first kill was a soldier who after he died, I realized he must have been /afk because I set a boomer by him and set it off from a safe distance. I sort of feel bad about that one... wasn't very sporting of me. My next two bombs missed their marks but the last one, I set at the vehicle spawn and got somebody there. I was out of bombs then so I snuck out and recalled to resupply.

Later, I did the instant action again and ended up in a contested tower that had been hacked over and over again. I decided to help out guy who was hacking it back over to our side by placing a boomer at the bottom of the stairs from the console but no one came by. After he completed the hack, I placed a boomer under the console and decided to wait for a Terran to come and try and hack it.

A couple minutes later, a Terran came down from above and was smart enough to shoot where my boomer was before his buddy the hacker got to work. While he was hacking, I snuck up to him and placed a new one and set it off, killing the hacker. I had to run away because his back up unloaded on the walls near me. When I returned, the other Terran was hacking the console but I was out of bombs (except for one I placed at the foot of the stairs) and my AMG would not have been much use against his reinforced armor so I just waited for him to leave. When he finished, he ran down the stairs and BOOM! I killed him too :evil: . I had to get out of there though because he came back and unloaded on the walls again.

I had too much fun last night! :brow:

PS forgive my rambling writing style. So much happened that night that it's hard to write a story about it.

This one time... at band camp.

I just got BR7 reaver/hack/infil. I was tearin 'em up with my reaver. I musta shot down 9 reavers or so and 3 Galaxies. After one of my fights i was out of ammo and low on armor. When me and my wingman spotted a TR reaver parked out in BFE. So i landed hacked it and bolted after destroying my old ride. I will deconstruct from now on.

If they shot me down i would bailout. And cause mischief with alot of plasnades. These TR maxes didn't know what the fuck was happening. I think it was on Ishundar on Emerald(upshift) This is when the true spray and pray ensued. He was shooting over there when i was over here looting his "advanced" engis corps. If these guys had finished hacking the base. They where gonna own it. He had a bunch of thoughs deployable thingys.

Later, they had control of the DS center so i went to investigate. As i pull up to the base my radar lights up with red blips and boxes. But there was very little visable action. So i land and jump out. No sooner had i exited the RVR two TR agiles came out. Basiclly took out my RVR while i was runnin for cover. I go over to the door at the Vspawn for air vehicles. Push my numder 1 key and a plasma nade pops up. So im like wtf. Wheres my REK?!?! Damnit!! wrong loadout! Then this TR pilot comes along and opens the door for me. So i follow but i don't attack. I just let him go about his business.

After he gets his RVR and bolts. I cant hack cuz i got no REK. So i go outside on the launchpad. Theres about 6 TRs buying vehicles. The first was a AMS which rolled straight out and on till sunrise. The next was a harraser. In dire need of a REK and watching my only hope of finding one soon without alot of hassle wash away. I started throwing plasnades on them. By now theres only two left. The driver makes a fatal error. Instead of driving to somewhere safe. He gets out right there and BLAM! plasnade kills him. One more running around lookin for cover on the Vspawn pad. I plasnaded his ass too. Then i jump down and go get my REK. Took his pistol. An NC shotpistol. lol Unlock the door and go hack and jack a brand new RVR. As i lift off a TR max comes lumbering out of one of the upper levels. I lift off and kill him with my rockets. Nailed a few more. Prolly returning TR spawns i killed a bit ago from teh AMS. Then i hacked the bsae out from under them. Then the cavalry shows up. Great, i'm about to have my hack stolen. So now It's all about getting to the CC first. Just gotta get past the 2 MAXs literally stuffed in the door way to the CC. Radar lighting up with green blips everywhere. I was owning the MAXs... i just needed a little more time. But in that time someone else hacked the base. =\

...later that evening i hacked a AMS right out from under 2 TR spawns. LOL They just stood there looking at the new VS AMS. So i drew my NC pistol and flat blasted boff of em. With no other spawn locations near. They "B" fucked. lol

oh yeah... good games. BTW TR Acoa? i think it's Acoa. This guy i one kick ass infiltrator. He taught me alot the night before last. It sad to look up at your chat hud and the only kills you're seeing are your own and by the same guy. But like all the others... i plasnade fragged his ass. lol ggs if he ever reads this.

My squad had taken over a Terran Republic base and were waiting for the 15 minute timer to run down. I was patrolling the courtyard and then I noticed that the NTU Silo was very low, only 10%. I told my teammates about the situation and since I discovered it, I was put in charge of the ANT run. Unfortunately the closest base with a vehicle pad was half-way across the map. I used the Respawn tube to deconstruct myself and get to that base where I quickly got an ANT and drove North toward the Warpgate.

I could have gone to the Warpgate further South from the base, but figured I would be better off going to the Northern one. Little did I know at the time there was a lone Terran Reaver scouting the road. I saw him before he saw me, and decided to take the ANT off-road and into the hills, hoping they would provide cover for my unarmed ride. I was right, the Reaver didn't see me (either that or wasn't interested) but i continued through the hills to be safe. Now, keep in mind that going uphill is a pain in the rear.

Time was running out and my team kept asking "Where's that ANT?" I radioed them back just as I was filling up at the Warpgate and requested a Galaxy to get me there in time. Sadly, the Galaxy was a no-go, I was on my own. As soon as the ANT finished filling up, I headed towards the base, only a few moments left til it was ours. I figured that Reaver was long gone by now, and used the road to get back to the base. That's when I heard the gun-fire. I was under attack, at first I thought it was a lone trooper because the damage was minimal. I was wrong, it was a Terran Republic MAX, and he was very unhappy with me.

I pulled off the road in hopes of losing him and radioed to my squad "I'M HIT, I NEED SUPPORT!!!" and "I'M NOT GONNA MAKE IT". I was taking massive damage, more than 80%, but I kept pushing forward. By some miracle I managed to outmanuever the MAX and made it to the base just as it became ours and I filled the NTU Silo.

My squad came out to inspect the damage and I was congradulated on my awesome ANT run. I've never seen so many "Fantastic" and "Excellent" emotes in my life.

That's when the MAX came into the courtyard, my team spread out and began firing. I took cover behind the still filling ANT and loaded AP rounds into my weapon, and popped out from behind the ANT to fire at the MAX. He was taken down relatively fast and the base was secure.

I got a lot of Exp from that mission, the base cap, the kill of the MAX and of course, the ANT run. I was very proud of myself, and so were my squad-mates. I let out a "YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHA" over the radio to express myself.

I've had a lot of great experiences in my short time playing this game, that story is just one of them. I'm sure that everyone will have amazing stories like that at least once while playing.
