I'm sure the Reaver will be the consensus vote, but I am curious to hear someones experience with the Lightning. I am hoping to spend my next 4 cert points on one of these vehicles. BTW, I am playing as VS.
Thanks

You can have a lot of fun with the lightning, but the short time I spent with it in battle, I felt that it just got chewed up too fast :(

I need to mess with my mouse sensitivity before I play with a reaver again. The slightest touch and I smash into a tree. Haven't tried the lightning yet, I've been too busy mowing down infantry in a harasser or the maurader.

Lightning work well in packs, saw 4 of them streaking round and doing a good job of nailing most things.

The Vanguard is the ultimate assault vehicle it owns even prowlers in my opinion.

I've noticed that as well. I like to play with my mouse at full sensitivity but that seems to make it virtually impossible to fly. :(

I too have been converted to a marauder fan
amazed at how much shit you can kill with a pack of 3 or 4 of them, with both guns manned

^yes, the marauder is a blast :D In a lot of respects I like it more than the prowler because of the speed.. not to mention it's a great vehicle to get you from point A to point B when you aren't exactly interested in having gunners.
