wow, guys, this looks like a really good game.

i just got wind of it on gamespot, and if it achieves all that it's hoping to achieve, it'll be nothing short of revolutionary.

it looks great, combining the best of space simulators, rpgs, empire building games, and RTSs.

it'll basically have everything but a first person shooter component

and it's all player driven

it's astounding really

not really

planetside just ecompasses a first person shooter type thing and maybe an RTS

it doesn't really have many RPG elements bar the certs which are a pretty shallow RPG element

it doesn't have player run governments, nor a real economic model or really half the depth this game seems to be trying to achieve

PS is still a hell of a lot of fun though

but i can't wait for this
