What do you hate the most about this game?

I've seen some threads "what's ur favorite part etc" so I made a what part do you hate about the game

What I hate is the newest little bug, when u kill someone at close range u crash, you know that one? it's annoying

Kill, crash, login, dead, respawn, kill, crash, login, dead, respawn

totally defeats the purpose of the game

though I realize this is just a temporary bug it's still extremely annoying

The lack of long term goals.

The lack of more uniqueness for each Empire, through stuff like Empire specific equipment/devices.

I don't think bugs are a valid answer to the question, since it's beta and they will obviously be fixed. Especially that bug. I hate it, but it's not "part of the game".

Something I don't like is that you get 0 exp for taking towers. Today I found a loner taking a tower. I preceded to gun him down with my reaver as he left, then went inside and secured the spawn area. I killed him enough times that he didn't come back, so I resecured the tower. I worked hard for my empire, but my only reward is my obvious ownage of that terran.

Don't get me wrong, I enjoy ownage. Ownage is fun. But taking towers is sorta my role. I'm an advance scout, and I often take towers.

Short term goal = capture facility

As for uniqueness, I half agree. I can be a skilled reaver pilot in any of the empires. However, I chose VS because of energy weapons. Quicker to switch firing mode than ammo type. What's the difference between NC and TR though? I think VS is most unique empire, IMO. And I think TR, being mother nation, should have some kind of change making it more unique compared to NC. Then NC can just be the power hungry liberals that they already are... punks running me over in their vanguards all the time...

I mean it just adds to game play by making larger battles and what not

the only people (that I've found so far) that DONT like it were the Phantom hackers, peeps who only cared about EXP, and peeps with lower system specs (understandable, but cmon my system is the bare minimum and it runs fine, a little graphic lag here and there but bearable)

Don't want to hijack thread about lattice system, but most people get more exp because of it, not less. Phantom hackers are anti-social n00bs. I highly doubt we'd see them in release. No one would pay to play alone.

You know Nubi the fact that you run the game fine with minimum system requirments makes me feel alot better. With what other people were saying it couldnt be done. Now all I have to do is get more MB instead of having to completely upgrade my whole system. I never have any problems with EQ and I have minimum requirments for it so I didnt see why they wouldnt work for PS. I attend alot of raids with 50 plus people and almost never lag or go LD. Thanks

I hate how its all easy to avoid player fired missles in a rever and hard to avoid missles fired from a tower. And how you can own everyone with a rever, but a Max can take out a lightning with ease. Why even make a lightning worth 4 cets when ya need 3-4 of them to even be real effective :mad:
