I would like to see what people like and don't like about it. On paper, it looks perfect. I personally never saw people killing friendly hackers, which I think is the dumbest thing ever, but it seems this will fix that among other things.

Well it won't matter to anyone who isn't in beta, since only beta people will experience it. Who knows what the end result will be at release. So this thread was primarily for beta testers, who will have access to the site.

Uh how will it only matter to beta people? If it gets implemented it will be in release and that affects everybody so do us unlucky souls a favor and paste it plz.
