I don't know... that e-mail thing is ingenious IMHO. Many don't like having to sift through other pages, links, or confirmations to just sign up for a newsletter. :p

heheh. We wont be utilizing that right away. once we do we will have a weekly newsletter perhaps, explaining whats going on with the community.

Right now it will only be used if we have some new feature opening, announcements and stuff like that ;D

I don't like that dude on the upper banner, .. he is ugly :).
Concider turning those grey words into white, or a much lighter colour. Let the background picture cover the game info and In depth sections too.., that would look cool. The rest is very decent.

How about the big banner link back to the home page of the site instead of the forum front page? Currently there is no real way to get back to the front page from the forums.

I always use the Link at the top or Bottom to go back to the Index.

The forum's throwing me off a little, I'm used to something that spans the whole screen and has a few more posts before a second page is needed ... but I just need to readjust.

I use the link at the bottom :cool:

What more can I say, the site is fantastic.

Somewhere in the user control panel you can set the number of posts it shows per page. The defualt is something like 20, but you can set it higher if you want less pages per thread.

Counting how many posts before the second page ... I think there were 15 of them (although I don't see that as an option in the user cp :) ). Thanks a lot for the tip, I remember seeing that option on other forums now but I didn't think twice. Upped it to 30 posts per thread now :cool:

I suggest u guys egt a splash page with an entrance to the forum and an entrance to the site, just a bit more convenient

We have one. It's called the news page, and not only does it provide links to the forum (for convenience) but it's got a plethora (<--word of the day, try and use it) of links to the other sections of the site.

or he could have an actual main page. you know, with content, links to the different sections of the site, and other things a real page has?

if he wanted to be like PSI, he'd just change the entire site to a shit-poor middle school HTML class design, and lose all the content. :lol:
