Outfits, you know GUILDS...not pants

Have Outfits[Guilds] been implemented into the game yet? I see a few references to them in the game but have not yet tested them out. I apologize if this question has already been answered recenetly.

u can ask join one in game and the outfit can like send u an invite while ur palying. but someone in beta should answer this.
