I just saw the beta today for the first time as my friend and his TR outfit battled out a 3 way collision fight at a Bio lab on Solsar. First of all this game rules, I can already see subtle battle tactics in use in reference to escorts, and MAX units. Yet many do not understand that although the races are balanced, that does not mean they aren't different.
I see many Vanu soldiers suiciding themselves into TR gunfire thinking they will stand a chace in a frontal assault. I see NC attempting to move a convoy over a bridge, only to find themselves ambushed by the much faster Vanu strafing vehicles. And I see Terran heavy assault and MAX units trying to anchor and set up shop in front of a Vanu defense line or in firing proximity of NC vehicle weaponry, blown to bits or fried by energy cell fire.
I think you see what I'm getting at. This game will always be good, but if you want to make it as "revolutionary" as some say it is, than I suggest utilizing what the dev team gods gave you!
