I would like feedback from users that have similar specs to mine. I would also like to know what detail level(s) I can play with and not have slowed performance.

Thanks in advanced to any who reply.

Add another 512ram and it should be fine. May want to upgrade Grfx card too but it runs fine on recommended on my friend's GeForce2 card.

I concurr. the machine in general is very comparable to mine currently and I've been running great lately...even with my ancient old G2. you dont get all the textures maxed up, but who's got time for sight-seeing in a war zone?

add some ram (I'm at 512 right now) and I think you're set. PS seems to be quite the ram hog and the more the merrier.

PS: not sure what you mean integrated sound. that cant hurt..may not help but makes it more enjoyable overall.

Means that I have no sound card but the sound is built into the motherboard and is most likely comparable to a lower end Soundblaster card. It sounds great for the games I play now and I dont have an uber stereo system hooked up to the PC.

1.0ghz Pent3
40G hard drive
32mb Nividia
256 ram
Windows ME

Believe it or not that's my rig and it's running great. Some more RAM and a good sound card are on my list for future purchase, but in the mean time I'm not having any problems playing.

You can play with a 32meg Nvidia Card?

Oh... with 512 SDRam, how often will I find myself re-booting? I hear there is some terrible memory leaking and that it should be fixed by release.

Ok...Just wanted to let peopel know I have been playing almost lag free on this system.

600mhz athlon
386 Ram
G4 MX 440 32mb
Cable conection

I have had almost no problems at all witht his system so if you want to play the game but can't afford to upgrade You should be hooked up. The only factor that really affects anything as far as I can tell is ram, and with ram it is always The more The better.
