I used instant action to get to a non existent fight, and while I was looking around for some action, something kinda lame and kinda funny happened. I few shots hit me from behind. I turn around thinking I had found a battle, only to see a few n00bs standing there. One calls out, "Hey I think Jaged (me) is an enemy in disguise, I get EXP (grief points) for shooting him." Pretty soon they all catch on and a squad of 4 friendly n00bs take me down.....

First I was pissed and almost went out and killed the n00bs. Then humor took the better of me and i decided to let it slide because i couldnt stop laughing.

We had a full sunderer yesterday full of badasses and max's and we stormed in, cleaned out a base and we're on the way out with in like 2 minutes. But this dumbass keeps saying, lemme in your squad lemme in your squad etc etc etc. I keep telling him, no man, we're full so fuck off - but he doesn't take the hint. So he starts standing in front of the sunderer. I start getting grief. I'm not too happy about it, but figure he's getting hurt alot worse than these 20 or so gp's. Then he KEEPS DOING IT. So I'm really starting to rack up the grief. So I figure killing this dumb bastard will actually net me less grief in the long run, so I do. Ran him right the fuck over.
Now wouldn't that seem like the end? Noooooo. SO we're waiting on one of our members to grab his engineering stuff...*coughDIOcough*.... and this stupid ass comes back, yelling the same lemme in crap. So I just ignore him. Finally he pulls out his pistol and starts shooting at the sunderer- so a squad full of BR8 + or so guys all jump out and waxed him so fast it wasn't even funny.
He came back and did the same thing 2 more times....

My roommate and I discovered an interesting little bug last night. After losing our Magrider, we respawned at a nearby base to re-equip. Goofing around, I walked up behind him and unloaded a clip of Suppressor rounds to the back of his head. He died, and I got experience. Furthermore, my roommate also got xp for the kill since he was in my squad. There was no grief for the kill since he was a squadmate... We experimented a bit (We didnt get xp when he killed me, but he didnt incur grief because he was a squadmember) and then reported the bug. I logged off and relogged and couldnt repeat the process.

My favorite n00b moment was when I first started infiltrating. I ws in the basement of a tower. There was some enemy in standard amor who had just spawned and was getting himself outfited. I was low on supplies, so I decided to hack an equipment console (yeah, I know, not the brightest idea to hack with an enemy present, but it gets worse) so I possiton myself so he can't see me, get out my REK and, BLAM!!! Oops, I guess that was my repeater, not my REK. Needless to say, that guy went on a corner shooting marathon after that. I snuck out, badly damaged, and a little more humble. :)

same thing happened to me. I get a harrasser ready, well actually im the gunner. We hop out at a tower, quick little battle and hop in. The some guy omes up to us and says "give me that buggy" we say no and drive off, so he takes a pheonix and blows us up, im sure he got mega greif. So i get a vangurd and my friend is gunner and we plow him down for only 3 grief points, then he respawns, my friend goes into his falcon, when the guy gets all his favorites loaded, he blows him up, so he has to wait 5 mins now before he can get his stuff back, very annoyig during that wait hehe
