Someone please help me

Alright, so I just got my beta cd's yesterday, I was very happy, I tried to subscribe, and it wouldn't let me. I have no freaking idea why it isn't working correctly. Has this happened to anyone else? It comes up with some message about a fan club thing, and wont let me enter the confirmation code on the CD. I'm pissed right now, and if anyone knows how to fix this, please give me some insight. I sent an e-mail to SOE, but I'm too damn impatient to wait for them to reply. So if anyone can help me I will be very happy, and think of them as a god.

You only nee dto join the fan club if you want to Chat. Forget about that, click continue, go to account, start new account, enter the cd key, and follow the directions.

Ive been in beta for 3 weeks now, and i still cant sign up for the fan club....

also, if its in all caps, do it in all caps... i had the same problem and that was the reason

alright... so im on the login screen, and go to account? that doesnt do anything. I need like, step by step dierctions.... just after i put in my login and password. what do i do next? i press subscribe, oh fuck. The dang thing isn't recognizing my ID, no wonder. I tried to log into beta site for bug report, and it wouldnt recognize my ID. maybe thats what is wrong, damnit SOE.

wait a second, are you guys using your station ID, or the one they sent in the e-mail?
