When is server coming back up

From what I read server was to be down for 6 hours. That started at 2am. it is now 1030 my time and they are still not back up. I also cant log on to the beta site as well??
Any help pls I hate not knowing.

here is how it works. When soe says they are bringing servers up at 7pm, that really means something like 8:15, which really means they are bringing the servers UP at 8:15, but they'll be crashing again at 8:30 and will be down until 9:00-9:30.
