1.0ghz Pent3
40G hard drive
32mb Nividia
256 RAM
Windows ME
Sound Blaster Live
With low graphical settings the game still looks great and I have no problems. It's a 2 year old system I got thru Gateway. As soon as my income tax check rolls in I'm going to do some upgrading of Ram and probably the sound card.

Oh and btw the mouse i use the Logitech Dual Optical is the best optical mouse you can buy. the only other mouse i can think of thats better is a boomslang and that has a mouseball and i dont do mouse balls anymore but it has like uber DPI. my dual optical has 2 optical sensors both with 800 Dpi its uber smooth and quick to target and now its only around 30 bucks so i would check into one guys its a gr8 improvment over my last mouse. Microsoft Wireless Optical Explorer.

Dell Inspiron 8200 (Notebook PC)
Processor: P4 1.8 Mobile
RAM: 1024 MB DDR
Video: 64MB ATi Radeon 9000 Mobility
Net Connection: Wireless (internal) to Cable
I use a MS Natural Keyboard, and Logitech MX700 Wireless Mouse. Using 1024x768, Recommended Settings, and no Video Lag. Yesterday I gamed from the back porch, outside with nature. :)

Athlon XP 1900+
ABit KX7-333 Mobo
768mb 2100 DDR
GeForce 4 Ti4400 w/ 128mb DDR
SB128
60gb Maxtor 7200rpm ata133 (system)
80gb Western Digital 7200rpm ata133 (mp3, 64.7gb used)
40gb Maxtor 7200rpm ata133 (storage/usenet)
I used to only have 512mb of ram and was experiencing my share of video lag. Since updating to 768mb its been a lot better. I run at 1024x768 w/ 32 bit color, Quincunx Anti-Aliasing, 4x Anisotropic Filtering, Texture Sharpening enabled, Texture's set to low (note: this is key. a *LOT* of people reccomend setting this to low, as theres little visual impact with moderate fps increase), Particle effects on high, foliage all the way up (too pretty to pass up).

Athlon XP 2000
ATI Radeon 9500 pro
512 mb pc2100 ddr
onboard sound (nvidia Nforce)
Mouse = Logitech MX700 (i think this one is better than your dual optical, but i've never tried it)
JBL Creature 2.1 speakers, they sound good in my room and i don't have room in here for 5.1 to sound any good, but i have nice headphones
Headphones - Sennheiser RP45(or hdr45 or something) wireless headphones, and for games i use a cheap ass plantronics headset w/ a mic on it
over this summer i'm upgrading it maj0r (it's originally HP bought cuz my parents bought it for me) so after this summer it's going to be cuztom. I'm ordering a new case this week and i'm getting a nice monitor after that (anyone know a good 19" flat tube monitor <$250 i've seen a bunch but i'm not a monitor buff)
then after that if i still have enough money i'm getting a 2.5+ p4 w/ new mobo and at least 512 pc2700 ddr ram

Soltek SL-75DRV2 mainboard
768mb RAM (PC2100)
GeForce 4 Ti4600

Runs pretty good with most things cranked up, except for the foliage. I like to see the terrain clearly hunting for good parking spots for my AMS. :)
It does, unfortunately, bog down in the big fights, even with everything set to low. The engine seems to like to draw things I dont need to see... like the 50 people in the basement when I'm behind a hill, 300m away from a base
