With all the shiny yellow NC running around in Sanc I actually wondered how much of that wonderful gold plating was in place on my character now. To my dismay there seems to be none. Am I mistaken or does the Inf armor always look the same?? Im now BR 14, CR2 and I look the same as I did when I started, I was of course unable to pan around and see the front of myself but my back is still plain ass black/blue-ish. I cant remember ever seeing anyone in INF who looked any different at all from me. Do I even get the Leg guards in my Inf armor?? Doesnt really look like it. I hope they are planning on adding this stuff in if its not already. When I choose to be visable I want people to be able to recognize my rank like everyone else...

Seriously though, I agree with you. I think that all armor should have fancier colors the higher your Battle Rank gets.

I like how the NC MAXs look, I like them the best for looks out of all the MAXs. The high BR ones look the best too.

Inf + Armor = Oxymoron

This is true.

Infiltration suits change slightly as you rank. For example, the TR one gets a bit more gray on the arms at BR7, and at BR20, it has a little more gray all over it. Virtually impossible to really tell the difference though.

I think the NC infiltration suit would look so cool with the backpack and shin/forearm addons though.

Does it get those added on though? Havnt seen an INF with them and couldnt check the front of myself. Im sure hoping that they show up though.

I think that's because

1. Commanders aren't traditionally known as stealthers

2. The inf suit is specially designed to cloak, and thus can't have anything added to it or else suffer comprimising the cloaking ability.

Hmmm...Traditionally, no, but wouldn't it be a good way of protecting the commander? That way, the enemy also is very unlikely to know he/she is the commander.

Stealth is PERFECT for commanding. I am able to hack and use Combat Engineering for great team support. I can always stop to issue commands or talk without fear of getting nuked, even when behind enemy lines. I can do my own scouting ahead without fear of being noticed. I need not engage directly in the majority of heated combat, thus always leaving me able to fulfill my duties. I dont see why a commander would wear anything else... Im always the last person in the squad to die which is exactly how it should be.

They dont have to use the same big bulky add ons for CR that they have with the other armors. The stealth armor could just be smaller and darker... I think they should get the same benefits as the other armors in this respect.

Yes, Stealthers make the best Commanders IMO, im a stealther/ commander and think its awsome =).

edit: Oh sweet, I just got rid of the stinky Commander rank to the left.
