I was getting into a Galaxy gunner seat when it swung at me, colliding with me.

I got 7 Grief Points and was reduced to 15 health.

WTF?! I get punished TWICE?!

I've gotten run over by vehicles while I was infantry 3 or 4 times and each time I got grief points for it. :(

What do you expect? You just damaged his ride!

He nearly killed me, and I did no more than scratch the paint. Remember, I was entering the Galaxy. No damage was done.

If it hit you, you hit it. Get the problem? That's why you get grief. You damage their vehicle and the blind code thinks you hit them.
