Hey all got a question for you.

I was hacking a base last night and was unable to do so. It said something like " this facility is not linked" or something like that.
What does that mean ? If a content is locked down which base do you have to hit 1st ? Or does it even matter?

It means you hacked a base that was not adjacent to a base or your side controlled. That's the lattice system, and you can read all about it in the patch notes.
