First...
Terran AI MAX - BR6
I have no idea what to do with this guy, I love his ability as a MAX but I dont know where to spend the rest of my pts. I dont like flying or driving that much.
Second...
NC Reinforce/Heavy Assault
I cant decide between special assault or anti-vehicular. On a tower standoff I could fire grenaded into a large crowd of people, but from a long distance at a base I could fire my anti-vehicular weapon and take out MAXs and other things.

MAX users should probably get some grunt skills as secondary. Reinforced, Medium Assault, Heavy Assault, Special Assault (or Anti-vehicular Assault -- whatever you want to be your anti-MAX skill) will be a good backup, in case you for whatever reason cannot get into a MAX suit. Spare points can also be spent on Engineering/Medical to increase your battlefield longevity.
Also, the AMS cert is the universal ground vehicle cert. Good for virtually all sorts of operations, and it gives you the ANT cert for resupply runs.

Sounds to me like your wanting death from above from behind your own lines. Id drop heavy assault and go with special assault and anti vehicle. Your thumper can pwn from short to medium range and your a-v will handle anything else.

Teh Rocklet is teh pwn...
No seriously... i mean that...
I can kill allmost anything and anyone at close to medium ranges, and i can take out half a max (if hes smart) on my own... If hes not smart, he'll die...
Also great for sniping turrets, and anchored max units...
Can also be used on snipers, if you get in a favorable position (above, and to the side of a sniper or other person acting as one).
Owns against masses of enemies indoors... Can dominate a CC if assulting it, and enemy is camping infront of the CC...
Only drawback is the amount of grief it can accumolate if not used properly...
That and it sucks against reavers/mosqs, and fast moving objects from afar.

I just had a flashback to the trillion "How should I spec my *enter name of class here*" Threads from the DAoC boards. I always kinda liked the idea of having a person certified in MAX suits and infiltration suits. Its kinda like the best of both worlds. Right now I am playing as a combat engineer Infiltrator (combat engineering is also great fun to have, turrets and mines rock!!) and as soon as I get all my infiltrator specific certs, I'm gonna get a MAX cert, just as an alternative.

For your MAX, reinforced, med assault and you choice of anti-max weaponry would probably be best, for those times when your stuck spawning at an AMS. For your reinforced, consider engineering, hacking and special assault/av. as far as implants go i would recommend darklight or adv regen. darklights helpful because of the sheer number of stealths, and adv regen works very well in combination with a few medkits and a BANK.
