It really scares me that they are having "major issues" this close to release. Maybe they are just playing a prank on us like they did with the "stealth stealth nerf". Did you notice that the infiltrators are now as visable while hacking as they are while shooting an AMP... I don't remember that in any patch notes. If anyone can point it out to me I would appreciate it.

Well it looks like they are doing a bunch of maintence today, including the official site.

EdgePS aka a dev member on the beta fourms said the cloaker being invisible while hacking was a bug.

It was a little bit hard to see the red light sometimes, but the noise always gave it away. There's a whole thread on the subject of nerfing the stealth suit on the beta fourms, the one where EdgePS posted is from a few days ago.

I think it should be tied to the hacker level, if you're advanced hacker then you're invisible except for the red light, else you're visible up to maybe running while cloaked type levels, but not shooting a gun uncloak level, which is like 80% visible.

it makes sense it sucks but it makes sense they probally had taken down all servers put up new template/site and they are testing patch and they wont have time to put servers up but it does say this Tuesday Patch being Prepped
