I cant get past level 3 i need some help

ill provide pass ans usernames for levels 1 and 2 but i need 2 get past lvl 3!!!! HELP!

lvl 3 is easyer then level 2...

as soon as u hit the submit button on level 2 go into ur temp internet files, the answer is sittin right there ;)
