I don't know. They can both bounce around quite a bit, and Nightcrawler can do that *poof* thing so the Light Saber would be useless.

Yoda is good, but I don't think he'd stand a chance going toe to toe. His only chance is to use the Force.

Professor X couldn't track nightcrawler well with Cerebro - and we all know how murky and fucked up the force can be - so Nightcrawler would just teleport around for a day or two, totally draining Yoda's runt ass, then teleport in - grab yoda - and teleport to the nearest wall and leave yoda half way in it, fused to the wall, and dead as a doornail.
