Can you bail out of ground vehicles while there moving? I think so, but I wanna be absolutely sure.

There is a max speed on ground vechicles. Once you reach it then you can't bail out until you slow down below it. I think....

The driver cannot, I think.

When the gunner/passenger wants to bail, the vehicle automatically deaccelerates to 35% throttle. The person bails, and you are given control again.
