for all of you wanting gamecards or wondering if there are gamecards or when will there be gamecards... coming soon...
$40 - 90 days, if you divide that into days... 40/90 you get .444444444444444444444444 so on, times by the average amount of days in a month - 30 you get about 13 dollars a month. so obviously the PPM will probably be $13 unless there is something different the proces of PPM and game cards...
