How do I use the Command functions?

My friend is CMR2..but He can't figerout how set waypoints etc ;) Can anyone help? ;)

it will say command at map, click on add waypoint then click where you want to place a waypoint. You may setup to 4 squad waypoints and one personal waypoint. For CR1
