when you r about 2 hack a "base"

do the generator need 2 be active? or can u hack the base even if the generator is dead...? :)

You can hack it regardless

but the hack fails if the base is without power when the hack's 15 minute timer finishes.

It will hack if the gens are down,.

It will fail if the NTU's are out (not sure which you are talking about originally)
