1.Factions- What is the reccomended faction to join, or in other words who has it better off. I was planning to join New Conglomerate but if Terran weapons are as fast as they say they are I may change my mind, as for Vanu no chance.

2.Galaxy-How hard is it to drive and can you get a deliverer or sunderer on it(Im not in beta so excuse me).

3.All vehicle questions- Lighting first off is the turret 360degrees and can how do you change weapon on it? This goes for al lthis other weapons were one guy is manning two weapons. What do you use the trunk space for? Surely everything is free so whats the point when u can just stroll up to a facility and go ahead. Or can u store armour and ammo in there for travel as wel las ammo for the vehicle weapons, do all vehicles have trunk space?

4.Weight- I heard the game sound was puny.Is this true does it sound as though it is just a cheap ass one on one for every firefight this will trash the game, what is the music like?

5-Are any of the vehicles anti-air capable? So its like you can whoops them with a harraser machinegun? Please reply soon!

1. IMO, the factions are balanced. I would try each of them out for a few hours and go with the one that you enjoy playing. Some people like being purple Barneys, some like being wearing goggles and gas masks. ;)

2. If you've ever flown a shrike in T2, then you'll get an idea for how the flight model works. It's not realistic as in flight sims or anything. It's difficult at first to fly the galaxy because you have to realize the size of your vehicle. It's easy to land on a tree or rock you didn't see if you aren't careful about it. And no and no on the Sunderer and Deliverer. I could be wrong, but I think that ANT, Harasser, Wraith, Basilisk, Lightning, Marauder, Enforcer, and Thresher can fit in the back end. Someone correct me if Im' wrong (not sure about the Enforcer or Thresher).

3. I don't believe the Lightning has a 360 turret. Just FF only. It only requires one crew member to operate (drive and fire). The Vanguard and Magriders both require a pilot and gunner to be fully operational. The Prowler requires a pilot and two gunners (one main turret and one chaingun turret) to be fully operational. Trunk space can be used to resupply the vehicle with ammo. Also, there may be times where an EQ terminal isn't available and you may need a seldom used item, or maybe more ammo for your personal weapons. Trunk space and lockers are underused in my opinion. They can really give you tactical advantages if you put some forethought into them.

4. You talking about sound? I think PS has some of the BEST sound out there! There is music that changes depending on the environmental changes. If there's a battle going on, one type of music plays. If your team just took a base, another type of music plays. It's a very subtle, yet effective use of sound. I think the sound effects are awesome. Maybe could be improved who knows, but nuff said.

5. Just about all the vehicles that have armament can take other vehicles down. Much of it depends on how armored the target is. It's obviously much harder to take out a galaxy than it is a basilisk. But just about anything is possible. I've shot down reavers with Harasser chainguns.

Hope that helps man!

1. join NC and kill TR scum. join VS and kill TR scum. best yet join TR and tk TR scums all day.

3. lightning is a track vehicle (as opposed to wheel vehicles). it's gun has very limited motion. however tracked vehicles can turn w/o moving forward, so combining vehicle and gun motion, you can get the 360 degree field of fire. it isn't hard but needs getting used to.

the VS assault tank has a forward mounted gun available to the driver. all the other assault tanks require at least one gunner to be effective other than lawnmowers.

trunk space is important because not all fights are near eq terminals. i had a period of 5-10 min where i would pull the vanguard into firefights, pull out, repair in the shadows, and pull right back in to the firefights. if you stuff the leftover trunk spaces w/ nano kits, you almost never have to resupply. it's all about saving precious time.

5. none of the ground vehicles are effective against air units. that's something i personally think the devs will change eventually.

The NC enforcer can to nasty things to air vehicles (took a jacked one for a test drive). My gunner on my marauder took down 2 reavers and a mosquito last night within 5 minutes. If planes fly low, the marauder can knock them down.

the VS weapons (even the tanks) don't fire in archs right? that would make VS much more anti-air efficient.
