im connected at 512k dsl and on most games i get a ping at around 150-250, is that too high for PS? what pings do you guys get on PS and on what connections?

150-250 ping is perfectly fine. Bout the same as mine and the game runs smooth for me.

Now when you say smooth... do you mean like how it would run in CS or something? cause my comp runs CS real nice but pretty choppy when i play Beta PS...:confused:

ping has nothing to do with framerate :rolleyes:

I also have 512k but I usually connect at 90ms, it depends where the server is.
