if you try to use your beta key it considers it as already used.

In any case I won't uninstall Planetside yet...I'll buy a gamecard and see what happens.

Serious? Well, we can't tell Sony as we're not subscribers yet.

Wait...how are you defining bugged?

bugged as in:
Saying that the card I bought isn't valid, after retyping the thing in 12 goddamn times. Maybe it's just me. All I know is I can't play, and I'm not to happy about my new $36 bookmark.

Try the planetside official page for a email address to tell them of your problems.

Does the gamecard have the cd key code or some special other thing?

Do you realize that you cannot just use a subscription card with your beta account, you also need the CD Key off the box first.

Ah, so that explains stuff...you buy a copy of the game only for the cd key code? Who would want to do that? What would you do with the cds? Keep them in a lockbox?

King0liver, I'm not that dumb. I've already entered the CD Key in. Don't assume that I haven't. The problem is in the "ENTER GAME CARD" box. AFTER you enter the key, you go to the subscription screen, check the game card box, then it prompts you to enter the game card. That is where the problem is. It won't accpet my card. I tried it w/ spaces, w/o spaces, w/ hyphens, w/o hyphens, etc.

I finally got a new card by calling SOE. They gave me the correct code. Turns out my card had a typo. They said they had several of these problems already.
