PS selling like Hotcakes at EB

When I picked up PS today in NH the guy told me they had been flying off the shelves! I hope this is part of a widespread trend!

I'll be watching for PS on http://www.gamespy.com/stats/
(That is if they list MMOFPS's, which I'm not sure they do)

Matter of fact they removed actual server #'s of players towards the end of beta.

I called an EB here in Portland, 10 arrived today midday. They've only sold one so far... I'm getting mine before the day is out..

I can't really comment on whether they are selling like hotcakes since I've yet to witness the sale of hotcakes

I'd be very interested to hear how many ppl are playing online tonight. I have visions of roaming through one empty continent after another.... By the end of the week I'm sure it will be better, but when will it be back to "normal" ?!

I took the Skeater tour (Faster then killing people) and every cont was pretty stacked. I figure about 1800 on Emerald, with about 2k on Markov.

I talked my friends at EB into giving me the fold-out PS poster in front of the store when they're done with it. It'll go nicely with my life-sized Zealot from Starcraft, and my laminated, heavy duty Dues Ex "Trust No One, Question Everything" poster :D

Well the litte circle indicators had Emerald as being the most full when I was playing tonite

This isn't a Microsoft game product, it's written by Sony - therefore it actually works on the day of release.

As for day one, I would not worry about the servers not filling up right away. Give it some time, not eveyone buys the game on release day :p
