i cannot install

first, i've never had the beta, i can't install this game because of a component transfer error file : f:\data3.cab, incorrect function. lousy sony only lests registered planetside players on to the forums so i can't get help there and the tech section of the faq has nothing. plus they don't even have a toll free # for tech support grrrrrrr.... can anyone help me? win xp home, 1.6 p4, 768 ddr, gf4 4200 128mb. oh yeah i e-mailed them twice to only have it come back twice.

I had this error once, so I just re-started the install from scratch and it worked the 2nd time around. If that doesn't work, the back of the manual lists a website you can go and chat with a support person. It takes a while to get in, but they were able to help me out on another install issue very quickly.
