Im really interested in this game and i just wanted to know a few more things about it...

1: How does ammo work? do you run out? where do you get more? is it free?

2: How does fule work... can you run outa gas in the vehicles... or are then unlimited?

3: How is the gameplay... somewhat like bf1942? or quake?

4: How are the aircrafts? are the flying physics good?

5: is it easy to sneek up on a base... can you easily hide? or are infantry too easy to spot? can you lay down? crouch?

6: Is it worth the money? will it work on 512k? are they gonna be patching it?

1 - yes you run out - yes it is free. Once you get certified in a weapon, you can buy that weapon and as much ammo as you can carry from any working and powered friendly equipment terminal

2 - fuel is unlimited I think

3 - much more like bf1942

4 - flying physics are fairly simple

5 - there is lots of cover and you can also cloak if you have an infiltrator suit. I can easily sneak into a base by just using cover, even without an infi suit.

6 - most of us run 512k ram. It does get laggy in big battles, but for me performance has been acceptible. Worth the money? Well that is a relative decision. For me, I am having lots of fun with the game and enjoy it a lot. It was worth it for me.

1: How does ammo work? do you run out? where do you get more? is it free? you can run out....generaly 3 types of ammo...people killing, armor killing, electronic killing.

each in various forms, projectile, rocket, thowable, precise, splash damage.

2: How does fule work... can you run outa gas in the vehicles... or are then unlimited? no fuel, there is stamina that can run out and slow you down. airships have an afterburner that replenishes over time.

3: How is the gameplay... somewhat like bf1942? or quake?
i think it has a bf1942 meets halo feel with some EQ characteristics

4: How are the aircrafts? are the flying physics good?
simplistic. nose up/down....slew up/down/left/right.....thrust forward/backward. simple is still good. dog fights are kinda sucky i think.

5: is it easy to sneek up on a base... can you easily hide? or are infantry too easy to spot? can you lay down? crouch?
infiltrators (cloaked infantry) are VERY sneeky and HIGHLY annoying but in a good way. easy to kill if you can see them well enough to hit. world has grass but it is only a special effect you see in a radius around you. you cant hide in it becuse the enemy does not see you in grass. i just turn it off to increase FPS. you can crouch....same effect as in counterstrike....better aim...less mobility.

6: Is it worth the money? will it work on 512k? are they gonna be patching it?

not really. but my addiction forces me to play it :)
512k.....hmmmmm are you talking about 512k cache? they say it is going to be continiously improved.....if it aint...i am definitly not resubscribing....why pay 13 dollars a month for a game that never improves.

Oh ok. My connection is a cable modem. I don't know what my cap is but it is probably 1024k, not like I ever get anything near that anyway. For me, in small to medium battles, performance is very acceptible for me. Big battles do get laggy regardless of what connection you are on.

If you were in a squad and someone did this, leave and don't look back.

The vehicles have locks that you can set to squad or empire, but if you're driving a tank for example you only get xp points for kills that are made if one of your squadmates is the gunner so most people don't set their vehicles to allow anyone other than people from their squad in them. You also can't "jack" a vehicle of the same empire.

1 you run out. whatever armor cert enables you go get that weapon.

2. Unlimited fuel, unless you fly way off the continent you ship dies.

3. bf1942

4. If you played T2, its like their vehilces.

5. depends where you hide and how quiet you are.

6. yes. If it meet the min. requirements. most and all bugs have been found, some patching will happen if something bad will happen.

7. The greif system is in play, if you get shot by a friendly, they get awarded grief points which over time if they do that repeatedly they will get weapons lock for some ammount of time. But then you can lock you vehicle.
