The New Vehicles

Ok, I don't have the game yet (I'm going on vacation next week and don't wanna waste the free 30 days). I was wondering if anyone knows when the new vehicles (Liberator, Lodestar and Skygaurd) will be added to the game and if there are any screenshots or concept art of them. Oh, and if there's any word on how many cert points they will be.
