Vr Exp?

I remember one of my friends telling me to go to VR training when i start out and try every weapon and when i leave i will be level 2, does this still work? i went down last night and didn't see any exp from trying every weapon, am i doing something wrong? Please help

They took it out for the week to fix an exploit that was found in it. Twist said that vr xp would be back in with the next patch (which should be this up coming week).
