Ok here are a few thing i'd like to see in planetside, some brance off from other ideas, some go in completely new directions.
Designator implant: Again ripping an idea from tribes how about letting a person who gets this implant being able to mark targets for their teammates. one delicious step further whould let it calculate the arcs of fire for the weapons like the sunderers guns and other long range projectile based weaponry. This could be really deadly with teamspeak especialy for two man sniper teams.
Baracuda hoverbike:A bike, common pool or maybe just for the vanu, that has the ability to move on water at it's full cruising speed, therefore making beachhead assaults actualy feasable. Instead of a gun it could have a one shot nitros injections ystem, basicly an afterburner that doesnt recharge. This whould help the chimps from gamespy actualy catch some decent air.
Cert changes: Demolition/Advanced Engineering Basicly split advanced engie into two skills Demolitions willg et their boomers their mines plus some new difrent types of toys to play with. (Claymores and bouncing betties anyone?) plus both skills will retain motion sensors. Advanced engineers will continue to have spitfires but whould also gain a long range antiair tracking turrent. And an artilery cannont set up. Basicly a deployable/undeployable sunderer cannon, great if used in conjunction with a teammate with the designator implant
Advanced medical:
Two new abilities, hospice field, heals all around them slowly over time while slowly consuming the medical ammo (or whatever it's called)
The ability to boost a persons health and stamina to 150 which whould then slowly decrease over time bacvk to normal levels.
Anyway that's all i cna think of for now, any thoughts?
