Passable...but your weak spot is your vid card. Get a gforce 4 ti or better, you will be surprised at the improvement.

The gforce 4 MX is really a Gforce 2... they just screwed you with the naming convention.

had a p4-1.5 512mb ram, and mx200 or 300 for beta. It ran it fine.
Only problem was playing for long time, after while takes good 5-15sec to turn on your map. Alot of HD thrashing i believe as i ran out of ram over long play time. But that was beta.
