stupid question, please help

how do i use implants, i recently acquired the personal shield implant and don't know how to use it. Do i activate it, or does it work automatically? and if it needs to be activated, how do i do that? thanks in advance

Look at the bottom of your screen there will be some boxes with little icons in them. They are for the F1 - F? keys. The first one (F1) is usually for health kits and then your first implant defaults to the F2 key and so on.

Depends on what implant you get. Second wind and Range Magnifier are passive, meanin you don't have to turn them on. All the rest must be activated by one of the F keys (F1-F12) Check the bottom of your screen for wich one. It should be F2. Try that.
