3rd Party Server Territory Data Software?

I was wondering if there was anything out there that takes the same data that is used in myplanetside's view of the territory holdings and uses it in other ways. Specifically, I'd like to be able to do some different graphs other than the one myplanetside provides.

Anyone seen anything like this around?

Once they provide XML, Im sure we will have no shortage of coders manipulating data.
