Starting a squad

I have tried commanding a few times, but I was never successful. I never could get a full squad of people. I tried as hard as I could. People left out of frustration with me taking to long faster than I could invite new ones. How exactly does one get a full squad togther?

you broadcast your cr if it is above 2
and you brag that you are good so people will stay

Only problem is that I have no CR. I havent been able to get squads togther, remember. And also, because I have little experience in leading squads, i can't brag that I am a good commander. I don't want to lie do i?

i got my first CR by gettin some friends together and if need be, have my CR2 friend be leader till we took a base, then he let me lead

hell, i got half of my CR because he told our squad i was the best person when he left, better then he, himself

But i dont care much for CR, i play solo and grunt now

Thats behind me...to make a long sotry short:

* I didn't know what side I was going to be even though I lvoe the VS looks and background story at their section over in planetside.com

* I came across the SarDuKar outfit, leading outfit in Werner (they weren't then, this was before game was out) and I joined because they looked so damn nice, they did turn out ncie and they have a great community there, great players to be with

* My :love: for the VS got the hold of me and I jsut had to change, so I deleted my BR 10 TR on Werner and made a VS soldier, joined the Sovereign Guard outfit but I haven't seen any of them online yet....lol


Yeah thats kind of it, I was thinking of maybe starting a VS clan myself but I don't like being leader, I was like to be second or third place...dunno why..if anyone here is interested in starting an outfit....I need people with some sense, I'm tired of n00bs

promise beer and easy women. then go to either cyssor, solsar or hossin for easy cap exp. u can easily get 5k cep exp for just making sure all your people are in an soi as much as possible. they'll love u for it and u'll gain CRs.

Wrong server wrong empire. Outfits make squading alot easier. Play the numders game and recruit 150 or so players to an outfit. At least 15 of them will play regularly enough to squad.

Use a female character. With the "calculating" voice. You'll pick a squad like that. "vvv" and "vnh" and you'll get 6 hackers rushing in to hack the vpad term for you.

150 member outfit and only 15 will play regularly? That's a sad ratio. :p

I believe there's at least 1 CR5 TR player on Markov. I ran into one of them yesterday. About the only leadership ability he demonstrated was an "All Searhus" broadcast and the keying of one of my outfit MAXes with his chainblade. Pffffft. :)
