1. Can Maxes drive ANY vehicle?
2. Maxes can't use ANY other weapon than they have built in? So what's so much space for in their back backs?
3. How does this work... Adv. Engineers make turrets (+mines), if a turret shoots an enemy do you get exp.? How many turrets can you build at the same time?
4. How do you get command exp.? And in the buy menu there's something for commanders... What's that for? (That requires rank 2 command?)

Nope they cant drive any.

For ammo and medic packs. When your a MAX you tend to waste alot of ammo.

10 i believe it is but it might be 15. not 100% on this one most likly 10

Commanders get command rank by leading a squad and capping bases. or taking bases back.
The Command uplink is so that you can, see where all friendly are at on the big map.

1. No.
2. No, and it's for the masses of ammo they carry.
3. No exp for killing turrets. Maximum of 10 turrets per Engineer. They need a certain amount of space between them to be built (they can't be built side-by-side).
4. You need to be a squad leader, and when a facility captures while you're in the SOI, you get a certain amount of exp based on, essentially, the amount of action that went on within the SOI while the hack was underway.
Most command functions are accessed through the global map. When you hit CR1 you'll see a little Command tab at the bottom of the global map, near the other tabs. From there you set waypoints, draw funny pictures on the map, and that sort of thing. All functions not on the Command tab are accessed via the Uplink Device, which you get at CR2. Things like the ability to detect allied forces within a set area, do the same for enemy forces, call down the orbital attack (not in yet), and activate the jam function (comedy "Raspberry? I hate raspberry!" quip) are all done through the Uplink Device.
