Outfit Questions

I'm finally getting PlanetSide tomorrow (played the Beta, and have finally convinced my parents to pay the monthly fee) and am going to create an outfit. The problems:
1) Before I create my outfit, if I join a squad, and the leader is in an outfit, do I have to join his outfit to be in a squad?
2) If I'm creating a squad, and then when I have members in my squad I create an outfit, will the members in my squad either have to join my outfit or leave the squad? And what if they already have an outfit?

Any and all help is appreciated.

well the devs made it really hard to make an outfit now... u have to be leader of a squad, with 9 other members in the squad who are not in an outfit. they then all have to accept ur invitation. it took me 2 hours to create mine...

my case was probably out of the ordinary, people kept leaving etc...

i made mine with 2 people. To bad they changed that or ide be in 8 or 9 outfits :)
