I just saw the pics squeeky set up of the Marauder and the Harasser. Now i dont mind about the Harasser havign a 360o gun pivot for its main gun. Then i look at the Marauder. Its got the Grenade launcher AND the 12mm rotary chaingun. I frankly think this is unfair. All the other jeeps have only one weapon, either nerf the 12mm or give them to the enforcer and the vanus thing. At the very least put the damned thing back onto a limited pivot!

While on the topic of these jeeps i think that all heavy buggys should have 3 men seated in them. This is another advantage the marauder has over the other two factions. I think thats giving them a bit to much.

Conclusion, make it even or nerf the damned marauders 12mm

Ban with me NC, ban with me **gulp vanu** make the game fair! WE WANT MORE GUNS!

comparing the marauder to the harasser isn't fair because the marauder takes more cert points to buy. Anyway, I don't think anybody is whining about the jeeps in game because frankly, the chaingun is only so effective, against infantry, you're better off running people over.

What makes you think the other vechicles weapons aren't as good as the Marauders two guns put together? I mean, they have their own abilities, the Vanu's can go over water and strafe, and the NCs has a massive rocket launcher on the back. Thats like saying, Hey! the VS's buggy can go over water! why cant mine??

Unless you have played the beta, before and after these changes how would you know wether it is stacked? How do you know if it is really useful? I think it is fair. It adds difference to the vehichles, which everyone is asking for. Everyone wants empire specific stuff. With the maurader it makes the vehichle totaly different from the others.

Ok then it makes sence but i was just bringing it to your attention. I have not played beta. So i was just wondering if it gives you TR an advantage. Besides ur buggy looks like a Tonka truck.

Traitor bastard! If you ever find yourself in the middle of no were u can count on me fidning you and when i do you will walk up to me and i will take off then land a few more feet away, ill do this 10 times then let u in. Fly you to the nearest enemy base or ocean and force you to jump out

Well, launching grenades has got to be tougher than using beam weapons (VS buggy) or rockets (NC buggy), since you have to worry about trajectories.

On the official forums, some NC beta testers told me that the enforcer's rocket launcher ownz all. Meaning in about 2-3 shots it can take out an infantry (it fires pretty fast), and in about 10-15 shots it can kill a heavy tank like a prowler.
They didn't mention it being able to aim at air craft so I don't know.

If it turn into a problem, the devs will fix it with a patch.

I rarely ever see teammates drive the marauder. I myself tried it with my first character ... its nice to be able to carry two people ... but after a while it just seemed there were much better ways to spend those 4 certs.
