I doubt they are ever going to make OS cost outfit points. which is good.

it's balanced fairly well, tho'd I say the 3 hour timer is too long. maybe for cr4 it's fine.

Three hours if fine by me if it doesn't cost any Outfit points. Whoever came up with that idea must not have the ability to use it or they'd see how balanced it is now.
