And what a blast it was. Aside from the 13 hour drive's ouf course. It was down right amazing to get all of my family together like that. people I haven't seen in years and years.
sat. we drove in about 8pm and met up with everyone at my great grandma's house. hade a late dinner tossed back a few brews, was great to see everyone again.
sunday was a Big ol' party for my great grandma, who turned 90, at the kalamazoo country club till we literally got kicked out of there (party was suppoed to end at 4.. they finally kicked us out around 5:30-6:00) afterwards most of us went down to the local brewery for the remainder of the night (the stories that come out when the beer starts flowin...
)
Monday all the ladies went shopping (ugh) while the men either hit up the golf course or lake michigan. I opted for the boating, seeing as the only golf i really play is putt-putt. se we took a cruise out on lake mich. on some guys 40ft sea ray sunbeam. quite nice. later that night hung out at the pool/hot tub.
then called it a night
tues we woke up and started our long drive home
ugh mazda tribute has the worst fucking seats ever. EVER!)
seeing that NC is securly planted in the bible belt, thus having no lottery to speak of, I decided to get scratch offs at every place we stopped, ended up spending no more than $15 and ended up with $90! profitable trip i must say, came home to literaly a dozen messages on my voice mail about my monte for sale, but come to find out someone won my auction on ebay!
so glad about that.
so all in all I missed you guys and gals!!!
oh and guess who's sending in thier money for PSU:MA tonight.....
