Yeah but it sounds like the consensus among the Devs was 4-5 cert points was going to be the final BFR cost one way or another. This way you get Lightning and Medium Tank in addition, for what would've been the cost of the BFR alone. Plus people who want to Flail-spam at least have to spend a cert point on it now, which I think is awesome.

yeah that kinda sucks oh well i guess i'll have to give up Ground transport but i get to keep lightining
