Yes, the -CDL- is gearing up to begin filling her UMD (Unit Manning Document) with required soldiers.

We will be TERRAN REPUBLIC.

I will quickly outline our UMD here for your information and some of the numbers we are considering at this time. Remember, this is tentative until more info is released concerning command structures and general Outfit layout.

Basically what this all means is the -CDL- will be needing in the area of 90-120 good soldiers who are willing to carry the banner of the Terran Republic.

Please post here if you are interested in being considered for muster into our Outfit. There will be requirements to gaining acceptance into the Outfit. These will be explained also as time closes to release of the game.

(Teamspeak 2 WILL be a mandatory requirement.)

hey good to see CDL is making an orgnized aproach to recruiting instead of just saying they are recruiting and letting in everyone in who wants to join.

Im Mold, Im interested, and i prefer to be a grunt assult, in the action, goto guy. I prefer rapid fireing anti infantry weapons and i dont plan on being a driver/pilot. If anything i would want to be on that 43 y/o marsmans squad! he just showed me about teamspeak 2 and i think all of u guys out there who havent used it before should check it out now.....especialy if you want to join CDL

I'm a newbie here and have been lurking.

I'm interested in playing PlanetSide and possibly being in a clan such as CDL.

Past clan experience was with NCG, ww.ncgamers.com, with the Quake3 Team Arena squad, when they had one.

One big question I would like to know is what time zones are the CDL in. Or is that even broken down into platoons too?

The reason I ask is I like to play with most clan members and not just be in a clan and represent them online when I'm on. Well, that's not too bad either, since it does help players see the clan and know that the clan has good members.

Anyway, please list the time zones of some of your current members. I'm in California so that's the pacific time zone ;-)

And even if I can't be a member for one reason or another, I would like to tag along for some missions with you guys as just a mercernary.

Hmm...well, I was gonna wait to start looking into outfits until after the game went open beta or release, but I like what I see.

I am a mature player, serious about competition but just as serious about having fun. I can win or lose with dignity. Most importantly, I am consistent and will put in the time and effort to help the team.

I spent 1 1/2 years playing Tribes, a little T2, 6 mos MW4, and the last 1 1/2 years playing WWIIOL. I have a top of the line computer and cable.

I wish to play a combat-support role. Combat Medic being my first preference. I look forward to hearing from you!
