Post What System are you playing with?

I'd like to start a thread for the people who play Planetside to post what their PC systems are (RAM, Processor, Video Card, etc), what level of graphic detail they have turned on in the game, and how well the game runs for them. This will provide a comparision page for people looking to play Planetside and trying to figure out whether they can run the game ok without having to read through a bunch of different threads throughout the forums. We all know that the specs on the game box usually aren't good enough. Thanks to all those who post and help out!

Well I played beta with these specs and they are still the same, getting PlanetSide soon though.

CPU: 1200 MHZ
Memory: 768 DDR RAM
Video Card: ATI Radeon 9800 Pro

Game worked great with that equipment.

Motherboard: Epox 8rda+
Processor: AMD XP2200 Thoroughbred
RAM: 1Gb DDR pc2700 (Going to be getting paired up 3200DDR's for 400Mhz FSB)
Video Card: Albatron GeForce4TI-4200 128MB DDR RAM

I run mine with medium settings and it runs smoothly. Haven't tried to to run it at higher resolutions (just put the extra 512Mb in). I'm never one for eye candy though. If it prevents lag, then it works for me.

Desktop (on 56k so it sux for PS):
xp2100+
1gb pc3200 DDR (for when I get my new case and OC to 2.3 )
GF4 ti4400 OCed past ti4600 speeds (forget them atm)

Laptop (at work on t1 line usually, so it rocks):
3.06ghz Intel with HT enabled
1gb pc2700 DDR ram
ATI Radeon 9000 Mobile 128mbd

Graphics are better at home (way better), but the connection at work makes ALL the difference, lol)

Hey Powda, or anyone else. What would be better a Hypersonic Laptop or a PCTorque Laptop? I can't make up my mind.

1.2GHz Athalon XP
512 PC2100
GeForce Ti4 4200

I play on high with a couple of things turned off, like grass and skydome. Tha game plays quite well, like most people I get some lag when around the zerg, but even that is playable lag. I can't wait to see how this game is going to play on my new comp.

I'd say go with a Sager from PCTORQUE just because I've had a very positive experience.

Memory: 1024 MB PC2700 DDR
Video Card: Radeon 9700 Pro
OS: Windows XP

Everything on high setting runs pretty well for me. In large battles I get about 40-50 FPS and just walking by myself I get about 90-110.
