Play with the Outfit squad/platoon , and while doing so supporting your mates and your leader
(Squad leader will provide you with all that you need as far as where/what/when and why so that you can focus on execution.

Actively engaged with the Outfit via Website/Forums (Scheduled Events/Practices as well as strategy development is very important to XPCT. Also a great place to communicate your ideas and vent your frustration.)
