We recently decided to start an air wing. This has had 2 consequences.
1. Our ranks are now named based on function, of which we only need 4. So what do we do with the 5th one?
2. The functionality of each rank is both vague and limited. Are marshals squad leaders? I know several MFR members that are squad leaders. But does that mean each one should become a Field Marshal? There would be too many.
I am at a serious loss on what to do, and I am considering reengineering the entire idea. Like, completely starting from scratch. My Ideas (Top to bottom order):
Organizer, Field marshal, sky marshal, M.F.R., and airman.
General, Captain, lieutenant, sergeant, private
Field Marshal, black ops, sky marshal, Airman, MFR
I need serious advice not a 2 sentence half-effort idea.
