The Outfit vision: To me it is all about getting along, working together, employing intelligent tactics, having fun and killing endlessly and has always been. Sometimes people want an outfit to do something for them, where as at CIVZ we want you to show us what you can do for your outfit and Faction. Our goal is to have a mature player base willing to grow together and helping each other enjoy our gaming experience. Fun, Maturity,Teamwork and Common Sense sums up our Ethos.

Outfit Ranks Structure:
ArmedCiv - Founder of Outfit
Officers - Squad players that have stepped up to lead squads and platoons and know how to work together to achieve a common goal.
Elite Civz - The most reliable, intelligent and ferocious troops that carry out leaders orders without hesitation and they are invaluable and effective on the battlefield in their chosen roles.
Trooper Civ - these guys are good players that have shown themselves worthy of becoming members of the outfit.
Trial Members - This category is for people that have been given a chance to join the outfit, however it is still to be determined if they will make it. Their spot in the outfit is not guaranteed, you really need to stand out from the crowd to get noticed. (hint: support roles are a great way to get noticed, and following orders, just ask our elite players)

Command Structure: We run a simple command structure, the platoon leader gives the order, the squad leaders ensure the troops carry it out. Players are expected to follow this structure to keep their place in the squads and outfit.

About the outfit: At some point or another we are seen doing everything that the game allows you to do and having fun doing it. For example... one minute you may be part of an Airforce Assault and the next thing you know you are in a tank column, or jumping out of a galaxy as part of a paratrooper drop, creating a no fly zone over an area, or doing some spec ops missions, among many other things that we do.
I enjoy employing creative tactics and employing a multitude of play styles, so most members will be able to flourish their own play styles while enjoying the benefits of having an outfit around them whilst being flexible to perform what is asked of them. Outfit Members outside of the squad/platoon can lonewolf but if they don't contribute to the outfit on a regular basis they may be removed, especially if they never support the outfit activities. As a young outfit we have much to learn and develop, and this is a second chance for the Vanu Faction players to come together under one effective outfit. I want players who are positive, work well together, humble and willing to develop and grow with me.

About ArmedCiv : Has been playing First Person Shooters for a long time, favorite titles include Battlefield 2, Bad Company 2, Blacklight Retribution and Battlefield 3. Other favorite titles include the Total War series, NBA games and Civilization. Started playing Planetside 2 in Beta and developed leadership skills to receive numerous invites to many different outfits and factions to lead them, eventually settled with TROLLS on Vanu as Sage was a laid back outfit owner. In my time at TROLL helped it grow into what is now a gaming community and had experience leading multiple platoons at the height of the outfits power with devastating results and there really was no equal at the time. Due to the games optimization issues was forced away from the game for several months. When hearing of the optimization fixes came back to find some improvement and with a new computer on the way decided it was time to run my own Outfit.
