Re: Curse Interview with TRay
got the same feeling, but it´s just because ps2 is the first AAA game that goes F2P right from the beginning. most F2P games we know so far were subscription based games that were converted to F2P because they failed and noone would even pay subscriptions for shit like that. and the F2P games that started as F2P were mostly browsergames made with little budget or designed for pay to win and therefore bound to fail hard. how many AAA titles have you seen prior 2012? i cannot name a single one. wanted to say ps2 will be the first, but several other F2P games are in the works right now that seem to look great. this year seems to be the point where f2p finally makes its metamorphosis... oh, t-ray did say something we could speculate on again ;-) i am sure the devs love our netpicking of every word they say when he is asked bout the release date, he mentions that the game will NOT hit the shelfes because SOE doesn´t do this any more and it will be a free download. so does that mean there will most certainly be no boxed special edition for the fans to buy with maybe a shirt, a max action figure, nice printed maps of auraxis, an artbook and stuff like that? |

Re: Curse Interview with TRay I've met T-Ray in person (a long time ago at PSUMA with Hamma and others) and I can say that he's a pretty serious dude. He was pissed as shit that he couldn't put in Orbital Stations. A lot of work was done on crap like that which never made it in because they were told to make caves and BFRs. PS - Yeah, he's pretty big. And he knows art. Like, a lot. |

Re: Curse Interview with TRay
But yeah, the Curse girl... Interview would have been better if it was Casey Schriener. At least his strange faces and awkward body language are funny. |
