In an interesting bit of news I discovered this morning it appears that Dave Georgeson known to many of us as "SmokeJumperPS" has returned to Sony Online:

After many years of service, Alan "Brenlo" Crosby has decided to leave SOE to pursue other opportunities.  And while it is sad to see him leave, we wish him the best of luck in his new endeavors.

At this time, we'd like to take a moment to introduce EverQuest II's new producer, Dave Georgeson.  Dave is excited to join the EQII Team and will be posting an introduction in the near future.

Dave has a long history with PC gaming dating back from Tribes and has been a guest on AGN frequently in the past for our Ask the Devs shows. Glad to hear that he is back into the PC Gaming scene! Maybe he will have some involvement in the development of PlanetSide 2 as well.
